✨‼️TENTACIÓN DE CHOCOLATE 😋 Con 3 ingredientes, FáciL y SIN HORNO || No-bake chocolate dessert‼️✨

➪ INGREDIENTES:
● 1 litro de leche
● 250 g de chocolate negro
● 175 g de azúcar
● 14 g de agar-agar
● 1 molde de 30x12 cm


➪ PREPARACIÓN:
● Ponemos la leche fría en un recipiente.
● Añadimos el azúcar, y los 14 g de agar-agar a la leche fría.
● Removemos para que el agar se hidrate.
● Mientras termina de hidratarse, cortamos el chocolate muy fino.
● Lo incorporamos a la leche y removemos bien.
● Lo calentamos hasta que funda todo el chocolate.
● Cuando esté fundido lo vertemos en un molde y lo dejamos enfriar unas 5-6 horas -- (3h a temperatura ambiente y 3 h en el frigorífico).
● Cuando esté frio lo desmoldamos, lo emplatamos y decorar al gusto.
● Antes de comerlo se le puede espolvorear cacao puro.

➪ INGREDIENTS:
● 1 liter of milk
● 250 g dark chocolate
● 175 g sugar
● 14 g agar-agar
● A 30x12 cm baking pan

➪ PREPARATION:
● Pour the cold milk into a bowl.
● Add the sugar and 14 g of agar-agar to the cold milk.
● Stir until the agar-agar is hydrated.
● While the agar-agar is hydrating, finely chop the chocolate.
● Add the chopped chocolate to the milk and stir well.
● Heat it until all the chocolate is melted.
● Once melted, pour it into a mold and let it cool for about 5-6 hours -- (3 hours at room temperature and 3 hours in the refrigerator).
● When it's cold, unmold it, plate it and decorate to taste.
● Before eating it, you can sprinkle it with pure cocoa.
