The format of this short upper body yoga for flexibility is 10 seconds pose demo and 30 seconds yoga pose hold or flow. Listen to the ding that will guide you when to get into and out of each pose. We don't have to flow at the same speed. Find a convenient pace and focus on slow controlled movements.
