Welcome to your short wake up yoga sequence for flexibility and strength. In as short as 15 minutes, we will stretch and strengthen our major muscle groups, including hips, legs, chest, and shoulders and wake up to greet the day with energy.
This morning yoga is a perfect way to start your day and beat the morning fatigue. However, you can do this short morning yoga class in the afternoon for an energy boost.
The format of this short morningyoga flow for flexibility and strength is 10 seconds pose demo and 30 seconds yoga pose hold or flow. Listen to the ding that will guide you when to get into and out of each pose. There's also a timer in the upper right corner to time each yoga pose and a little guide on what's coming next.
We don't have to flow at the same speed. Find a convenient pace and focus on slow controlled movements.
