Welcome to your 10-Min Morning Yoga Workout For Strength & Flexibility! This full-body practice will wake you up and fill you with energy to seize the day.
We will start with short core activation exercise and Sun Salute and continue with building strength and flexibility in our legs. In this short strength and stretch yoga, we will move our spine in all directions to relieve stiffness as well as build endurance with fun Standing Postures that peak with Reverse Plank.
The format of this short morning yoga workout for flexibility and strength is 10 seconds pose demo and 20 seconds yoga pose hold or flow. Listen to the ding that will guide you when to get into and out of each pose. There's also a timer in the upper right corner to time each yoga pose and a little guide on what's coming next.
We don't have to flow at the same speed. Find a convenient pace and focus on slow controlled movements.
