Welcome to your ultimate daily yoga stretch for flexibility! It's a great class to do after a whole day of sitting and hunching over a desk. This 20-minute flexibility flow includes my all-time favorite stretches that open up our whole body - chest, shoulders, hips, and legs. Trust me, you could feel AMAZING afterward!
This 20-min everyday yoga is truly universal. Do this routine in the morning to limber up the body after sleep, after a workout as a part of cool down, and in the afternoon or evening to relax and release stiffness.
The format of this daily yoga for flexibility is 10 seconds pose demo and 30 seconds yoga pose hold or flow. Listen to the ding that will guide you when to get into and out of each pose. There's also a timer in the upper right corner to time each yoga pose and a little guide on what's coming next.
We don't have to flow at the same speed. Find a convenient pace and focus on slow controlled movements.
This quick everyday yoga routine for flexibility is suitable for all levels, but I recommend you are familiar with most yoga poses and alignment since I'm not giving any alignment cues in this video.
