Описание: Are you ready to work hard, blast fat and build muscle? I hope so because we are starting off WELLNESS WEEK with a POWER HOUR WORKOUT! This killer workout will have you sweating in no time as the format is 1 minute of lower body, 1 minute upper body, 1 minute cardio and 1 minute abs!

Format:
1 minute lower body
1 minute upper body
1 minute cardio
1 minute abs

You will need: a variety of dumbbells, skipping rope, swiss ball (modifications if you don't own this).

Workout:
Squat front lunge
5 chest presses/5 shoulder presses
Skipping (optional high knees)
Turkish get up
x3

Weighted plie squat
Upright row/bicep curl
Squat jump forward, jack back
Weighted single foot to hand crunch
x3

Sumo squat twist high knee
Rows and flyes
Burpee in-n-out jack
Swiss ball leg tap down (optional plank on floor)
x3

Glute Thrusts
Bent arm lateral raise to front press
Criss cross low jack
Bicycles
x3
