This power hour workout is intense, so modify if you need. A total body workout like this helps you to burn body fat because of the time under tension, the intensity, the cardio and the resistance training that is involved.

Plank row to rotation
Windmill
Boat rocker

Reverse lunge side leg lift
Decline push up side plank (hard!)
Explosive step hops
Weighted full sit up
x3

Circuit 3
Suitcase squat pulse
Front, bicep, lateral raise
Side shuffle
Elbows and abs
x3

Circuit 4
Single leg dead lift
Chest flye crossover
2 high knees, 2 squat jumps
Cross leg crunch
