In today's one hour workout, we are hitting legs and abs! I love this combination! Working our big muscles in the legs will aid in getting our heart rates up, as well as burning body fat so we can actually see our abs!
We are doing super sets today, so two exercises, repeated 3x. Each exercise will be 45 seconds of work, with 15 seconds of rest.
You will need: variety of dumbbells, mini bands, water or BCAA's
