Format: 4 sets (3x10, then 1x20reps)
You will need: a variety of dumbbells, bench optional

Workout:
Chest press
Bent over row
x4
pushups x20
explosive row x20

Bicep curl
OH triceps ext
x4
biceps serve x20
kickback pulse x20

Lateral raise
Reverse flys
x4
Plie lateral x20
W raise x20

Incline chest press
DB pullover
x4
front press x20
pendlay row x20
