34 Minute Crazy Pump! Arms and Shoulders Workout with Dumbbells -oooooh, I got a good pump on this one! We are adding a "run the rack" onto each circuit. That just gives such a great pump. Focus is on biceps, triceps and shoulders today and you'lll find the workout written out below:
Format: reps/3 sets
You will need: a variety of dumbbells, bench optional
Circuit 1:
Bicep curl
Lying Triceps extension
Seated shoulder press
Run the rack: Overhead shoulder press
Circuit 2:
Triceps dips
Lateral raise
Hammer curl
Run the rack: Hammer curl
Circuit 3:
W's (rear delts)
Pinwheel curl
Skull crusher
Run the rack: Skull crusher
