Welcome to Day 4 of our 30-Day Slim Legs Challenge! 🍑
Today we are sculpting the Outer Thighs and Glutes to create smoother curves. If you want to target "saddlebags" or improve the appearance of hip dips, this workout is for you.

IN THIS WORKOUT:
✨ Focus: Outer thighs (abductors) and side glutes.
✨ Goal: Reduce saddlebags, fill in hip dips, and smooth out the leg silhouette.
✨ Intensity: Medium (expect a deep burn in the side glutes!).
✨ Equipment: None.
By targeting the gluteus medius and minimus, we lift the booty and tighten the outer leg, helping to create that lean, toned look without adding bulk to the quads.
