Today is your reward: a Deep Leg Stretch session. Stretching is the secret ingredient to getting those "long, lean lines." It helps elongate the fascia and muscles, preventing that "bulky" feeling after strength training.

IN THIS WORKOUT:
✨ Focus: Flexibility, elongation, and deep relaxation.
✨ Goal: Lengthen the muscles, release tension, and improve range of motion.
✨ Intensity: Very Gentle / Recovery.
✨ Equipment: Yoga mat (optional: a strap or towel to help deeper stretches).

Take this time to breathe deeply and thank your body for the work it did this week. Proper recovery is just as important as the workout itself!
