This is a full day of eating while marathon training — 4,400 calories to fuel three sessions in one day.
In this video I take you through everything I eat while balancing hybrid marathon training, including:
• 7km easy run
• Full body strength session
• HYROX-focused conditioning session
• 4,400 calories of performance-focused nutrition
• How I structure carbs around sessions
• Protein intake for recovery
• Fueling multiple sessions per day
Training twice a day (sometimes three) means nutrition has to support performance, recovery, and long-term consistency. This isn’t a “bulking diet” — it’s fueling high-volume endurance and strength work properly.
I’m currently building towards a spring marathon while maintaining strength and HYROX performance. Eating enough is one of the biggest differences between surviving training and actually progressing.
