Natalie Grabow is 80 years young—and the oldest woman ever to complete the Ironman World Championship. She learned to swim at 59, and just two years later became an Ironman. Since then, she’s completed 11 Kona Ironmans—each one a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike, followed by a full 26.2 mile marathon.
Triathlon isn’t a hobby for Natalie—it’s her life. She races 2–3 times a year and trains nearly year-round, with training days that can last 5–6 hours at a time or more.
In this episode, we follow Natalie through her training, recovery, and mindset—and explore what it really takes to stay this strong, disciplined, and alive at 80.
