Hi, I’m Hong, your Korean Pilates instructor 😊
In this session, we’ll target every major muscle group with controlled and precise movements that activate your core, sculpt your arms and legs, and improve posture.

Each exercise is thoughtfully sequenced to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and create a longer, leaner silhouette.

No equipment is needed, so you can follow along at home and enjoy a refreshing and effective workout that leaves you feeling energized.
