Hi, I am Hong, your Korean Pilates instructor 😊
This routine may look simple at first glance but every movement is designed to help you use your muscles with safe and stable alignment. By moving with control and keeping your posture steady you will naturally learn how to activate your muscles more deeply even as a beginner. And because of that the routine may feel gentle but you will finish feeling like you truly worked your whole body.
