In this workout, we'll work through some of the most effective exercises for maximum calorie burning and for gaining strategic muscle in the glutes, hamstrings, and quads. The result is shapely, defined legs and round glutes. Pay attention to recovery between sets, keep your tempo slow, and maintain mind-muscle connection - especially during those last few reps!
