In today's workout, we'll focus on leaning down with weights. The techniques used in this video include:
Supersets
Order of exercises
Compound movements
Single-arm movements
Timed recovery
Finishers
The exercises include:
1a). landmine single-arm t-bar row
1b). landmine single-arm chest/shoulder press
2a). landmine upright row
2b). landmine Y-press
3a). wide-grip pulldown
3b). decline push up
4a). dumbbell row
4b). dumbbell/plate chest press
5). renegade row with push up (finisher)
Sets and reps, as always, will depend on your goals and current physique. For re-comping, heavier weights and more volume can be helpful (4-5 sets of 8-10 reps). For just shredding, higher reps can be effective. You still want to choose weights that are challenging, yet doable for the last 2-3 reps. 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps may be a good range.
