The Perfect Leg Workout
What do you think of when you think of a great pair of legs? It's about round glutes, the quad sweep, the hamstring peak, and well-defined calves. In this workout, we'll go over exercises that can help build these features, along with small variations that can really accelerate your progress!

Exercises mentioned in this workout:
1). Front foot elevated split squat
2). RDL (with weight touch behind feet)
3). Hack squat on toes
4). Lying leg curl (pelvis pushed under, toe point/dorsi-flex)
5a). Calf raise
5b). Side lying clam
This workout can be done 1-2x per week. If you do this 2x per week, try going heavy with low reps for the first workout and lighter with high reps for the second workout.
