Hello, I'm starting my weight loss, I'm not ready to walk into a gym so l'm doing what I can from home. I've been reading a lot about flights of stairs (l've got 13 steps so close enough) from what I can find the articles are only mentioning it's good for muscle building. Are flights of stairs good for weight loss? If yes how many times would you say are standard for a good workout? Also thank you for talking time to at least read this I appreciate it very much.

Hi everyone, I'm down almost 20 lbs in 2 months and need to keep this momentum going. My problem is I'm going to Hawaii for 10 days next Friday and I'm terrified. I don't want to gain weight but I feel like it's almost inevitable on vacation. We're going to be doing a lot of physical stuff, snorkeling, hiking, so I'll be getting some exercise but how do I make sure I stay on track with food? Obviously I'm gonna be doing a lot of eating out but most of the restaurants that I've looked at online don't show calories, and the biggest thing that helps me is tracking my food every single day so this is kind of throwing me off. How do I make sure I don't completely fall apart??
