I never trained in my life for more then month because In the past I quit after like 2 weeks or some because I used to do it too hard and been too hard on myself but im not going to do this mistake twice. Now I need to ask yall if 3 times a week doing push up, pull ups, and squats are enough for the first few weeks Im currently very weak so I cant do pull ups and almost no push ups as well but Im looking to slowly be good at it. (Im doing easier variations currently until failure 3 sets each exercise) Anyway I wanted to ask you if I can build strength and muscle by doing this workout. Basicly 3 times a week with rest day between every full body workout day and as I said above push ups pull ups and squats to failure (3 sets each).

like i am not losing weight. I count my calories, eat healthy, and exercise (including weight training) 3-4 times a week. I am a 23 year old woman and according to loseit app. I am supposed to consume 1906 calories daily. I usually eat between 1800-1950 on weekdays. I don't do it purposely but on the weekend i tend to eat a bit more calories (i don't binge eat), so my average for the week usually range from 2100-2200 calories. I am toning up in my arms and legs but my overall physique isn't getting smaller. When i was younger i lost so much weight counting calories and working out. From 2019-2021 i slowly gained weight eating in a caloric surplus. But this year i have been working hard to lose weight but the scale seems to go up a little bit I especially want to lose belly fat.
