Welcome to Day 1 of your “15 Minutes a Day Yoga Challenge”
This class is designed to ”wake up your entire body from head to toe”, with extra love for the “hips and core”.
Intro ends at 3:20
Pranayama ends at 5:49
We begin gently, building heat through breath and movement, then shift into playful strength work.
What this class is designed for:
Warming the body quickly and efficiently
Strengthening the core and hips
Building confidence in *Crow, Squat (Malasana), and Boat*
Creating that energized, post-practice warm buzz without exhaustion
Short, effective, and feel-good—perfect for showing up “15 minutes at a time”
