Welcome to Day 7 of your “15 Minutes a Day Yoga Challenge”
This class I have labelled as “feels” as I want you to connect to how you feeling throughout the practice, and see what emotions come up.
We begin with a grounded meditation to centre the mind and anchor the breath, helping to calm the nervous system and build self-awareness. From there, we move into lunges with arm mobility to open the hips and shoulders while improving circulation and range of motion. Chair pose activates the legs and core as we explore balance, building strength and confidence. Dynamic transitions through Squat, Crow, and a strong Boat Pose build heat, enhance focus, and develop stability—both on and off the mat.
This practice is great for:
• Increasing body awareness and emotional connection
• Building lower-body and core strength
• Improving balance, coordination, and focus
• Releasing stored tension in hips and shoulders
• Cultivating resilience and presence
