Welcome to Day 2 of your “15 Minutes a Day Yoga Challenge”
This class is designed to ”wake up your entire body from head to toe”, with extra love for the “hips and core”. We begin in cross legged seated forward folds into ankle rotations, lizard lunges and build up into warrior 1, building heat through breath and movement, then shift into playful strength work.
✨ What this class is designed for:
Warming the body quickly and efficiently
Strengthening the core and hips
Building confidence in “Crow, Squat (Malasana), and Boat”
Creating that energized, post-practice through heart opening with Locust.
Short, effective, and feel-good—perfect for showing up “15 minutes at a time”
