Welcome to Day 3 of your “15 Minutes a Day Yoga Challenge”
This class is designed to ”wake up your entire body from head to toe”, with extra love for the “hips and core”.
We begin in a seated squat with some active movements through hips, and work through strengthening the arms and the Rists,
And stabilise the shoulders.
Building heat through breath and movement, then shift into playful strength work.
✨ What this class is designed for:
Warming the inner thighs and shoulders
Strengthening the core and hips
Building confidence in “Crow, Squat (Malasana), and Boat”
Creating that energized, post-practice through shoulder stability
Short, effective, and feel-good—perfect for showing up “15 minutes at a time”
