Hello and thank-you for visiting my channel - Yoga with Kate.
Today's class was requested by one of my lovely subscribers who is an avid runner. They have asked for a ‘yoga for knees’ strengthening class. To keep your knees healthy, you need to strengthen and stretch your quadriceps, hamstrings, hip adductors, hip abductors, IT bands etc. This classes will focus on all of those muscles groups and will help with knee strength and should also ease knee pain.
If you are suffering with acute knee pain, I would advise you to consult with a doctor and rest.
