✍️ Today’s Run Note
The pain in my leg has significantly decreased today. To me, diminishing pain is a clear sign that the recovery process is nearing its end.
Until the pain is completely gone, I must remain disciplined and maintain the same pace and distance. It’s crucial not to rush the process.
I’ve realized that monitoring how my body heals and checking the progress of my recovery every day is another interesting part of running. It gives me a different kind of satisfaction to see my body's resilience in action.
