BEGINNER RUNNING VLOG
✍️ Today’s Run Note
Looking back, I’ve identified the cause of my injury. Last November, I ran 11km every day, and in December, I increased it to 12km. However, abruptly jumping to 13km daily in January was clearly too much for my body.
It was a warning signal from my body, telling me that if I kept pushing like that, my leg would eventually break. In a way, I’m relieved that this injury showed up now rather than later.
I have a marathon coming up on March 15th. If I had been injured right before the race, I would have been deeply frustrated. I am truly grateful that I still have enough time to recover and prepare properly. I will focus on healing and evolving into a stronger runner.
