Week 1 out of 8 in our progressive Circuit and TABATA sessions, all using body weight and no equipment.
The session is 7 exercises broken up into 4 x 20 sec work 10 sec rest, and 60 sec rest between each round.
If form is starting to be compromised then it is ok to pause for a rest - you WILL get better at this over the 8 week period.
Air squats
Negative pressups
Reverse lunge L
Tricep dips
Reverse lunge R
Side plank dips/side plank
Legs only dead bugs
