This is a continuous circuit, so the aim is to keep good form and energy throughout. If you need a break take one, but aim to keep moving if you can!
50 secs work - 10 sec transition time
Twice through, 60 secs break between 2 sets.
1. Plank walkout
2. Curtsey lunges
3. Renegade row
4. Marching glute bridge
5. Bear sit back with knee drive
6. Prisoners
7. Squat to calf raise
8. Dead bug
9. Alternating lateral lunges
10. Plank toe taps
