Hi everybody and welcome to day 8!
I have an upper body workout for you today which I hope you’ll enjoy!
As always, when performing each exercise make sure you really think about the muscles you’re working and engage them fully.
Equipment needed for today’s workout: resistance bands and some extra weights if you want to push yourself even harder! Your warm-up is included but make sure you take a few minutes to cool down afterwards!
