Hi everybody!
We are halfway on this 10 Day Tune Up! Welcome to day 5!
Today we’re hitting my favourite body part to work - the glutes!
As always, when performing each exercise make sure you really think about the muscles you’re working and engage them fully.
You will need some booty bands for today’s workout. Your warm-up is included but make sure you take a few minutes to cool down afterwards!
