Welcome to Day 3 of this 10 Day Tune Up! Anyone’s lower body sore from your last two days workouts?!

We are hitting your upper body today! When performing each exercise make sure you really think about the muscles you’re working and engage them fully.

The only equipment you will need for this lower body workout is a resistance band and a step or a chair! Your warm-up is included but make sure you take a few minutes to cool down afterwards!
