In Part 2 of the 360° Core Strength Series, we build on the foundations from Part 1 — deepening your core activation, stability, and postural control through mindful Pilates movement.

This class will help you find strength in stillness and teach your body how to maintain proper alignment through gentle endurance work.

🌿 What you’ll do:
• Activate your deep abdominals and obliques
• Strengthen stabilizing muscles around your spine and hips
• Improve body awareness and alignment

💫 Perfect for:
• Those who completed Part 1 or have basic core awareness
• Rebuilding stability and strength safely
• Enhancing posture and everyday control

Move with focus and steadiness — your foundation is growing stronger.

🔁 About the Series:
The 360° Core Strength Series is a 5-part Pilates journey designed to help you rebuild your core connection, strength, and stability from the inside out.

Recommended if you are very weak through the core or recovering from diastasis/ postpartum etc: practice each class for 7 days before progressing onto the new class (always listen to the cues from your body, do not push through pain and take rests as often as needed, if you are in these categories make sure you have clearance from your health care provider before practicing any videos in this series or otherwise!).

Each class focuses on a unique stage of the core-strengthening process — from gentle activation to deeper strength and control — blending mindful movement, breathwork, and intelligent sequencing.

✨ Move through the series at your own pace, repeat classes as needed, and notice how your body transforms — not through force, but through awareness.
