Happy New Year and welcome to Day 1 of 7 of the Daily 10 Bodyweight Barre Challenge!!!
We are going to spend 10 minutes a day working on strengthening and toning our muscles with no equipment. All you need is a mat or a comfortable surface. Although this is a bodyweight workout, you can strap on a pair of wrist weights for extra resistance.
