This workout is guaranteed to fire up your whole body in just 10 minutes. The best part is, you don't have to stand!!! I'm using light weights and a mini ball, but you can use a small and firm pillow or just the weights. I'm using 2 lb weights in the video, but you can use 1 lb weights or 3 lb weights.
