Описание: Are you stuck indoors? Well let's keep our muscles and heart strong with this exercise routine. This seated workout is great for days when you feel a bit lazy and need some motivation to get moving! This is suitable for the 70 plus age who need to work on strength, mobility and balance.

I developed this Part 2, 10 minute seated exercise workout for my Nan who suffers from joint and muscle discomfort and knows how important it is to keep moving. Join us together, feeling better and brighter with every move we take.
