Описание:
As a stand-alone activity or before you hit the road, do some lunges and blood flow action.
(hold 10% of body weight optional)
Exercise List:
Back lunge
Front Lunge + Lateral Lunge
Reverse fly OR Side raises “spread the cape” between sets/sides of the lunges
Calf raise with heels in, toes out
Squat-downs - hold knees and below position
Front lunge onto a “target” (mine is a pad)
Push-up between sets/sides of the lunges
Finishing Set:
— Trifecta lunge - Front, Back, and Side
— Do overhead press standing between sides/sets
— Tripod pushup position, reverse fly — one set with a “hug” across, one set with tighter reverse flys
