This is a post-swim heavy workout, to open the chest and do a "superset" style where we add muscles and keep a pull motion going.
Exercise List:
Stability Ball optional
Lay over the ball..ahhhh, yea stretch (do a press-up if no ball)
Bridge pops
Chest Press 10-30lbs (I use 15lb)
10lbs dumbbells (1-15lbs fine)
Tricep kickback 24x
Reverse fly 12x
Rear delt pull 20x
Row 24x
Finish with either Stability Ball under the legs, roll side to side,
Or window washers laying on your back
Baby set of crunches -- string on your sternum to avoid leading with your head.
