Your Moves, Part 1, Rebounding Circuit with Weighted option is all about the moves that you gave us. We are going to be working hard for the full 25mins here with no rest periods in between each exercise. 30 secs on each move and we start off with no weights.
Once we have repeated all 20 moves we have a 30 second break to grab a drink and to pick up those weights. I’m using a 1kg weight as we have some explosive jumps in today’s class so I want you to push yourself as much as you can.
