This Full Body Strength and Cardio session is divided into 10 complexes. Each complex will be performed for 1 minute and 30 seconds, with a 30 second break in between. Bodyweight only. 20 Minutes. Let's GO!
Walk out - Pushup - Toe tap X2 - Shoulder tap X2
Squat - Reverse lunge X2 - Plank - Hover -Plank
Toe Tap X2 - Led drop X2 - Bicycle reach X2
Swimmer - Pushup - Left side kick - Right side kick
Crab toe touch X4 - Alternating reach X4 - Reverse bridge X4
Plank knee drive X4 - Elbow plank - Pendulums X4
Modified jumping jacks X4 - High knee march - Rainbow kicks X4
Hover - Shoulder tap X2 - Hip tap X2 - Alternate leg extension
Hip thrust X4 - Glute bridge march X4 - Reverse mountain climber X4
Side cross punch X4 - Pushup - Reverse situp
