Left RDL - Row
Right RDL - Row
RDL - Reverse fly
Left hip thrust - Left bench press
Right hip thrust - Right bench press
Hip thrust - Bench press
Skull crusher - Sit up
Alternating Russian twists
Toe crunch - Hollow
Pushup - Sumo squat
Left Lunge - Wood chop
Right Lunge - Wood chop
Standing dumbbell swing - Squat swing
