Grab a pair of dumbbells (I'm using 25's) and come work out with me! 3 minutes warm up and a quick cool down are included! There is only one exercise repeated in this workout, everything else is different, designed to hit all the muscle groups in your body!
Staple:
Left reverse lunge to swing
Right revers lunge to swing
Heal raised squats to extension
Left clean - squat - overhead press
Right clean -squat -overhead press
Left glute bridge hold - bench press
Right glute bridge hold - bench press
Diamond press - march
Staple:
Left reverse lunge to swing
Right revers lunge to swing
Left reverse lunge - kick-stand RDL - row
Right reverse lunge - kick-stand RDL - row
Pushup to plank squat
Plank pass through to hover pass through
RDL - Alternate wide row
Sumo squat X2 - Alternate foot tap
Staple:
Left reverse lunge to swing
Right revers lunge to swing
