5 sets | Plenty of rest in between sets
Double Kettlebell Hike Snatch to Strict Press | 8 - 12 reps
Hold the kettlebells in the hike position, keep your core tight and spine straight. Hike the kettlebells under your hips, explosively pull and snatch them all the way overhead. Pull the kettlebells down into your rack, perform a strict press with both kettlebells. Rack the kettlebells with control, and swing them back down into the hike position.
Inverted Ring Rows | 8 - 12 Reps
Using a suspension trainer (rings, or trx) bend your legs and thrust your hips up, keeping your butt squeezed and hips extended throughout the whole movement. Pull yourself up, keeping your elbows tight to your ribs. Squeeze your mid-back and try to keep your shoulders depressed down into their pockets, stay long through your neck.
