We all know how stretching is important...or we don’t? You should include some ankle mobility exercises in your stretch routine for prevention injuries, such as achilles tendonitis and other. Also very important to remember about ankle stretches because ankle injury may happen exactly because of lack of stretching before practice.
We should warm up our body before practice as we warm up our food before lunch, so don’t ignore stretching. Stretching is a way to injury prevention. Always better to avoid an ankle sprain than treat it after.

1. Straight leg calf stretch - 2 x 30’’
2. Bent knee achilles stretch - 2 x 30’’
3. Plate ankle mobilization 2 x 30’’
4. Banded front ankle mobilization - 2 x 16
5. 3 ways ankle mobilization - 3 x 10
6. Banded back ankle mobilization - 2 x 15
7. Eccentric ankle Flexion 2 x 10
