Here is some of special plyometrics exercises. When your athletic activity requires developed calf muscles or if you want increase vertical jump you can find some calf workouts in this video.
Plyometric training often includes jump box workout. You should be extremely careful when you do plyo box set. Please pay all your attention on your feet when you use both of them or on your foot when you use one, keep it in tension all the time you do this type of jump training, relax only within having a rest between repeats.
You can do good exercises for ankles using a jump boxes, you can use different high of boxes but always start with the smallest and then increase it if you feel you can do it without any bad outcomes. Because this is just ankle stability exercises, it is not about to find out your maximum ability, this is about development for future.
If you have plantar fasciitis please get an advice from your doctor about recommendations to perform this calf exercise or not.
