If you’re feeling stiff from sitting, workouts, or everyday life, this session will help you move better and feel more relaxed in your body. It’s beginner-friendly, calm, and perfect as a morning stretch, evening wind-down, or any time you need a reset.
In this full body stretch, we’ll move slowly through mobility-focused exercises for your hips, hamstrings, back, shoulders, and neck. You’ll get a mix of longer-held stretches and gentle mobility work to improve your range of motion, reduce tension, and support better posture. No equipment is needed – just a comfortable space at home.
