Welcome to Week 2 of Body Restoration Month where today we're focusing on a 15 min hip mobility and stretching routine! If your hips feels heavy or 'stuck,' standard stretching might not be enough. To truly loosen up you need to move your joints in all planes of motion. Our hips were designed to flex, extend, move side to side and rotate - not stay stuck in one position.
In this 15-minute hip and lower body mobility session, we guide you through multiple planes of motion to unlock deep joint stiffness and restore movement. Whether you are a beginner or an intermediate mover, this hip mobility routine is designed to ease discomfort and get your hips moving the way they were designed to.
Perfect for beginners with Level 1 options or anyone needing a quick, effective stretch.
