In this 10-minute, beginner-friendly practice, we’ll invite gentle movement into the hands, wrists, shoulders, and neck to support joint flexibility and mobility in the upper body.
You'll be guided through a series of movements, including:
Gentle wrist and hand stretches
Shoulder and neck release
Gentle spinal movements.
I’ll be kneeling with blocks and a blanket for support. Please set up however feels best for you:
Sit on an armless chair
Be standing
Comfortable seated position on your yoga mat.
