Power & Presence Flow. Build real upper body strength while staying deeply connected to your breath.
This 30-minute power flow blends push-ups, side planks, crescent lunges, warrior flows, and strong plank variations to help you feel powerful, steady, and capable. We’ll build heat through the shoulders and core, move through warrior two, reverse warrior, triangle, and skandasana, then open the front body with gentle backbends before winding down with hamstrings, plow pose, and a restorative savasana.
This class is about strength — but not strain. It’s about presence inside intensity.
It’s also especially meaningful to me because this is the very first class I’m filming in my new home yoga space. I’m so grateful you’re here to practice with me in it.
